When you use our contact form or make a donation, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. This information is used solely to process your contribution or respond to your inquiry.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to process donations, fulfill brick orders, communicate about the memorial project, and respond to your questions. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, other than the service providers named below who process it on our behalf.

Contact Form

The contact form on this site is delivered by a form service operated by CalTech Web at forms.caltechweb.com. What you submit is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database by that service. The email itself is delivered through Resend, the email provider that service uses.

Spam Protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission came from a person rather than a bot. Turnstile receives information about your browser and network in order to make that check. It does not use tracking cookies and is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. It sets cookies and records pages viewed, approximate location, and details about your device and browser. We use it only in aggregate and we do not use it to identify individual visitors. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Donations

All donations are processed through PayPal or by check. We do not store credit card information on our servers. PayPal's privacy policy governs transactions processed through their platform.
